Support Community

The team members from The Sober Living remain a partner for life for you or your loved one. We understand that one of the important aspects of maintaining your sobriety is being an active member of a recovery support community. At The Sober Living, we are dedicated to ensuring that we provide the right support community for anyone who goes through any of our treatment programs. We believe that you must establish and maintain healthy relationships with other peers in recovery for you to succeed in the life of sobriety.

At The Sober Living, we understand that recovering from addiction isn’t easy—and it’s something that requires the right community support. The more support you or your loved one has, the higher the chances of maintaining long-term sobriety. Some of the support services that we provide here at The Sober living include:

  • Therapy support – you or your loved one can attend free support groups or get discounted access to our therapists to get the help you need for your recovery.
  • Graduates group – here, you have the opportunity to participate by giving back to your previous program and engaging with other peers that you graduated with together.
  • Sober outings – we provide recreational activities for people who’ve completed their treatment programs. This is one of the best ways to catch up and share their experiences after recovery.
  • Relapse support – we understand that recovering from any form of addiction is not easy. That’s why we provide the necessary support if things get off track for you or your loved one.

Sober Support

There are many activities and places to continue with your addiction recovery journey. At The Sober Living, we provide the right sober support services and community for recovering addicts to ensure that they have the continued sober support they need. Also, we allow all our patients to join different clubs and activities as part of their sober support—as this is one of the best ways to re-integrate them back into the community.
At The Sober Living, we provide sports activities, books, and other hobby clubs as part of our sober support services. We also encourage our clients to join a 12-step program, as this is one of the best ways to be around people recovering from addiction like you. We will recommend a 12-step program that will give you the additional structure that you need for your addiction recovery. This is one of the best ways to ensure that you stay a sober and balanced life at your own pace.

Maintaining

Your Sobriety

At The Sober Living, we provide different amenities for you or your loved one in all our facilities. However, there’s one fact you should note—you cannot be our client forever. We desire to see you or your loved one complete your treatment program and return to your family to continue your recovery program.

We advise our clients to look for the right support system once they leave our facilities to avoid relapse. By applying the positive coping mechanisms that you learn from our facilities in your daily life, we believe you have better chances of maintaining long-term sobriety. You have loving friends and family who are ready to help you recover—even during your lowest moment. Look for positive reinforcements and surround yourself with them, and start participating in your community activities. Always let others help you, as this is one of the best ways to help yourself. Lastly, make sure that you keep in touch with the sober support network that you develop while in any of our facilities.
