Our Mission

Our mission is to provide people with the necessary help to help themselves. Through our customized, comprehensive, and innovative treatment plans, we aim to instill hope in recovering addicts and assure them that long-term recovery is not impossible. We desire to empower all our clients to achieve holistic healing of the body, mind, and spirit since this is the only way to start a new life.

Our Values

The Sober Living, we believe that recovery is not a one-person job—it requires a caring community and valuable resources. To achieve this, we follow three simple principles—community, spirituality, and accountability. In addition, we have partnered with several charitable organizations and life coaches to assist our clients re-discover their purpose in life. This way, we can provide our clients with the best recovery experience.

At The Sober Living, we aim to help our clients get the tools they need to succeed in the world of recovery and the corporate world. We teach all our clients the importance of accountability. This is done through the use of a personalized responsibility system, which exposes our clients to the responsibility levels they need to recover. Besides, we incorporate life skills and vocational training in all our treatment programs and additional lessons such as schedule management, budgeting, resume creation, and job searching.

The following are the reasons why our treatment programs are effective:

  • All our treatment programs are based on research, which helps us effectively assist people struggling with drug and alcohol addiction and behavioral and mental health problems.
  • All our treatment programs are supervised by qualified medical officers and administered by addiction professionals like registered nurses, physicians, social workers, psychiatrists, psychologists, as well as licensed family and marriage therapists.
  • We ensure an adequate staff-to-patient ratio, which allows all our clients to get the personal attention they need during their recovery journey.

FAQs

  • Who do we help?

At The Sober Living, we help anyone struggling with alcohol and drug addiction, as well as behavioral and mental issues.

  • What are the signs that your loved one is struggling with an addiction problem?

The most common sign is behavioral changes. That is, noticeable changes in attitudes and behaviors and symptoms of irritability, restlessness, and reduced interest in certain activities that used to excite them, missing family events, appointments, or work.

This varies depending on the time of the year and the facility. However, we’ve seen teens and adults over 60 years being admitted to our facilities.

  • Are cellphones and computers allowed in your facilities?

Yes, you are allowed to use your cellphone and PC unless they pose a big challenge to any of your treatment plans. In such cases, we can restrict or prohibit access to these devices.

This depends on your addiction problem, how long you’ve been struggling with the issue, and your recovery goals. However, we do assess the progress of our clients every month to determine whether they can be discharged or not. With that said, we’ve seen some clients achieving their goals faster than expected while others need prolonged community support and exposure.

Yes, we have a wide network of professionals who offer these services at their cost. However, we provide all the support, accountability, and community you need during your stay at our facilities.

  • What happens after one completes their program?
